Did it occur to you that…?
You walk outside along the lake. It is 7 a.m. in the morning. The sun rises and shines over the water. Small sparkles and early bird sounds fill the blue sky. It is still cold. I wrap my scarf well around my neck and walk further along the water. I enjoy the fresh air and the sounds in the air. A jogger is coming my way. His head looks sweaty. Without enough air he greets me with a smile and I smile back and nod my head to confirm what he means.
Twigs crack under my feet. My weight is too heavy. They can’t carry me … but that’s why I walk early. I have decided to enjoy nature more. In the past year I was too busy to ensure that I could start my business properly …
At the start of this year, I decided to lose weight and get closer to nature. That walking has been one of my good intentions – goals. But also eat less meat and more vegetables. It all sounds so cliché but I understand better and better how the human body works. I have fallen in love with my own body. Before that I had a hate/love affair: eating what I liked and being lazy … I spent hours at the computer because I wanted my Mindful program in order. But uhhhh …. practice what you preach!
What was I doing?
It even threatened to get out of hand: heart rhythm disorder and a number on the scales that I had never seen before in my life!!
Yes, I was very conscious of becoming more calm after a hectic period in my life, but I realized that body and mind were not sufficiently connected.
The special thing was that in the last months of 2019 I helped people who were physically and physically in trouble. They were happy with me and even thought I was “the light”. Very special if you have the feeling that you are in a dark period of your life. Until a friend remarked that we were always on the same line in terms of thoughts. I knew exactly what he was thinking and dreaming. We apped about this at some point every morning to compare this. What turned out now? I sense what others “feel” and tune into their energy.
Because I was helping other people, I forgot to keep an eye on my own energy. My friend said he felt my energy drain when I energized others. That was my turning point. If I wanted to continue to help others, I first had to love myself again: selflove!
You can recharge by walking in nature. Nature is beautiful! If you realize how nature works and where energy is all around and even within you as a person, then you can only be surprised. Day in and day out nature gives us what we need.
But … we also need each other! The love that you feel for yourself is the love that you can give others. When there are wars or fights, you feel the negative energy.
I would like to use the month of February to make a call to everyone and to reflect on love on February 14/28.
Let’s turn our energy into a smile, a warm hand or a hug to someone who needs it. Let’s forget the sadness and send positive energy into the universe! I wish you all a loving month and we are looking forward to achieving our goals!
